Musical theater artists, traditional and fusion African dance and drumming, pop recording stars and political figures are uniting for one night of solidarity for Darfur.
Join Robert Lopez, co-writer of Avenue Q, performers from “Rent,” “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee,” “Zanna, Don’t” and “The Pirate Queen,” percussionist Gary Fritz, Women of the Calabash, Clare Burson, Councilman David Yassky (cosponsor of the Sudan Divestment Resolution), new and established writers, recording artist Clare Burson, and more, as we raise our voices and shout from the rooftops for those who can’t.
